How we help

FLM Case Management Services provides one-on-one support to individuals in early recovery from substance abuse and cooccurring disorders. All services are agreed upon with the client and their support team. The case manager works closely with the client, their practitioners and family to establish a care plan that fits the client’s needs. Different than most case managers, the FLM case manager also focuses on recovery coaching, life skills, and some limited counseling to help the client achieve their continued recovery goals.
