Recovery Coaching

  • Offer guidance in developing new behavior patterns.
  • Help client establish a daily recovery plan that works for them. This may include meetings (AA, Dharma, SMART etc.) encourage sponsorship or mentorship.
  • Map out short- and long-term goals or carry out the aftercare plan established during treatment.
  • Assist client with job search, resume building, and interview skills.
  • Assist client with educational goals.
  • Help with structuring daily living via scheduling and calendar app.
  • Help with establishing a workable budget, monitor spending, provide apps and Truelink cards if necessary, for accountability.
  • Help client implement good sleep and eating habits. Create menus, shop, cook!
  • Work with the client and family on setting workable boundaries.
  • Help client implement spiritual growth and physical health (Gym, yoga class, meditation groups etc.)
